Ingredients

Orange: Sodium chloride, potassium citrate (monohydrate), citric acid (anhydrous), glucose (anhydrous), natural colour (B-carotene, 160a), natural flavour, sucralose.
Berry: Sodium chloride, potassium citrate (monohydrate), citric acid (anhydrous), glucose (anhydrous), natural and nature identical flavours (grape anthocyanin), sucralose.

Directions and Dosing

Use under medical supervision.

  • Mix Hydralyte, in water only, immediately before required.
  • Fill measuring cup to the 200 mL (7 fl oz) line with fresh, cold drinking water.
  • Empty content of one packet into the cup and stir until the powder has dissolved.
  • Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
  • Discard unused solution after 2 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.

Recommended Dosing for Dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhea:

After the first day, consume a daily volume less than the maximum per day, as directed by your doctor.

Recommended Dosing for Dehydration due to fever and heavy sweating:

Children 10–13 years Take up to 4 packets for up to 3 days or as directed by your doctor.
13 years to Adult Take up to 7 packets per day for up to 3 days or as directed by your doctor.

Warnings

Consult your doctor promptly if vomiting or diarrhea continues for more than:

  • 6 hours in infants under 6 months
  • 12 hours in children under 3 years
  • 24 hours in children aged 3–6 years
  • 48 hours for adults and children aged over 6 years

Store below 30°C

Warning contains:

  • 0.86 mg/mL potassium
  • 1.03 mg/mL sodium

Be aware that dehydration due to vomiting or diarrhea can be dangerous in babies and children under 5 years old and in elderly people.
